We are working by appointments only at the moment- No walk in clients.

 We currently only accept payment by debit/credit cards in the salon or alternatively you can pay on our booking system.

                   Cancellation Policy:

We please ask for at least 48hours notice for any cancellations/alterations by telephone.

You can also do this online if you have booked through our online booking.
 

Failure to give 48hrs notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment booked,

No shows will be charged 100%.

We are unable to book future appointments until the charge is paid.

(Gift Vouchers are not accepted for cancellation charges.)
